Led core TMO consisting of over 18 work-streams led by chief executives through the complex mechanics of our divestiture, eliminating operational redundancies, identifying design efficiencies, org consolidation and reducing overall operating costs.
Drove all underlying major transformative projects in conjunction with establishing WYN.D as an independent publicly traded entity. Including establishing and successfully closing over a dozen transition services agreements.
